For years, I juggled a busy career and full life, doing all the “right things” (or so I thought).
Yet I kept dealing with symptoms that were dragging me down—but I usually ignored them and assumed they were normal.

I told myself that the annual doctor visits for all the “itis” conditions (sinusitis, bronchitis, etc.), the OTC meds for knee pain from multiple surgeries, the poor sleep, and stress were just part of life and who I was.

When I applied the same discipline, curiosity, and problem-solving I’d used in my corporate career to my health, everything changed. 
I went from feeling “fine” to feeling great. Symptoms faded away, and I discovered a new kind of freedom.
I had no idea this was even possible. And then I realized that what I’d learned and experienced could help others too.
That realization inspired me to become certified as a health coach and create Transform With Wellness, where I blend corporate leadership experience with integrative health coaching to help busy professionals feel better, live better, and perform at their best—without adding more overwhelm to their lives.

1️⃣ Take charge of your health and make it a priority. Ask questions, be curious, listen to your body’s and mind’s signals and lean into what you hear and sense.
